This website is operated by AURIUS s.r.o. It contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. The little data it does process is described below.
Server logs
Our hosting server records standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser identification) to keep the service secure and to diagnose faults. Logs are deleted automatically after a short period and are not combined with other data.
Contact form and e-mail
When you write to us through the form or by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message solely to answer you and to prepare a possible cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and, where it leads to a contract, the performance of that contract.
We keep this correspondence for as long as the matter is open and for the statutory retention periods that follow. We never pass it to third parties for marketing.
To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). It loads only once you start filling in the form; your browser then sends Cloudflare technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics, which Cloudflare uses to tell people from bots. Turnstile sets no cookies. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse. Cloudflare may process the data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Cookies and fonts
The site sets no cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, so no font provider sees your visit.
When you switch the language, your choice is saved in your browser (local storage) so the site opens in that language next time. It never leaves your device.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to mailbox@aurius.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
